Peace

Happy Holidays! How is all your hustle and bustle coming along? I have to say this is the first Christmas in many years that I have been done with all my shopping for a couple of weeks now!
I hit sales, used promo codes and free shipping on just about everything I ordered online. Even my christmas cards were mailed earlier than normal too!
But I just can't pack away all my christmas paper packs, stamps, dies, and embellishments just yet! This afternoon I was scrolling through Pinterest and came across a couple of cards using a die that I ordered earlier this month but never got to use. So I found myself picking out papers and my stickles and created this card -
I layered pattern papers from Graphic 45's Christmas Past and adhered it to an ivory card base. I die cut the ornament in gold cardstock and the word peace out of pattern paper. You can't see it in the pictures, but I used red stickles to add some sparkle to the berries on the pattern paper and the red stripes.

I will end my post here with a picture of my little helper this christmas season!

Wishing you all a blessed Christmas!

2018 desk calendars

Hi there!
Popping in to share another christmas project I'll be giving away as christmas gifts. These are easy peasy to make and is a good way to use up scraps of pattern paper.

These 3 were decorated using paper by Simple Stories 'I Am'. All I had to do was fit it to the front of a 4.25 x 5.5 piece of cardstock, print off a 2018 calendar and adhere it to the upper left corner.
And this one was covered with My Minds Eye  Lost And Found 'Blush' pattern paper.

Taking a 4x4 piece of matching cardstock, scored and adhered to the inside of the front and back creates the easel.

That is it from me this week. In my little corner of the states, we are enjoying some mild temps for early December - today it got up to 60 degrees!
Enjoy the rest of your week!
