Happy...

Hi there! Popping in quickly to share a couple cards using the Stampin Up Hello You thinlits. I am using the "happy" thinlit die on these 2 cards.

I stamped the flowers using Stampin Up Lotus Blossom stamp set, heat embossed the sentiment 'birthday' with white embossing powder on olive green card stock. I die cut the word happy from the thinlits set using cardstock scraps.

This next card is CASED from Stampin Up's Pinterest page.

Pattern paper is from Stampin Up Stacked With Love paper pack which is adhered to red cardstock. I
punched out a circle from red cardstock and hand drew the bottom part of the balloon, cut it out and glued it to the circle and tied black twine around it. The birthday sentiment was heat embossed using white embossing powder onto black cardstock.

Another greeting in this pack of thinlits is hello. My next card uses that die cut.

I used Stampin Up's background stamp Something Lacey and stamped it onto white cardstock, tied sheer purple ribbon around it and adhered to purple cardstock. Tied a bow and  and added those sweet purple flowers to the center. Glued the die cut on top of the ribbon and that was it!

That is it from me. Enjoy your week ahead.

Precious Memories

Happy Sunday and another weekend has come and gone! It's been rainy, hot and humid this weekend. My kind of weather ( not rainy, just the hot part!)
I was on Pinterest and saw a couple of cards using the Graphic 45 Precious Memories paper line. So I cased them!!

I improvised just a bit with this card - I used a different Spellbinder's frame and adhered one of the cutouts from the paper line. I also used a chipboard button from the line and threaded ribbon from my stash through the button holes and tied a bow.

The next card below is pretty much exactly how I saw it on Pinterest. Sorry I didn't write down the designer's name and blog address.

I embossed a piece of ivory cardstock with a dotted swiss embossing folder from Stampin Up and then punched out the stars. I used 3-D Dots by EK Success to adhere the stars to the card - gives it some dimension.

Have a great week ahead!

Sweet baby

I am in love with the Graphic 45 Precious Memories papers!! Last week I posted a mini album I made using these papers and now I have a matching card to go along with it.

I used one of the chip board pieces and adhered it with hot glue and looped a piece of twine through the top.
I fussy cut the cute little outfits and adhered them to twine. Then I layed it out to resemble clothes hanging on a clothesline but banner style (did I word that right?)!
The lace trim is from my stash.
Easy peasy, that's for sure!
It's warm, humid and rainy today which makes for a good crafting day!
Have a good week ahead~
